The Process

• Register first before submitting an ad - requires only a userid & password plus your e-mail.

• Navigate to the category where you want to place your ad.

• Submit your ad with the following details: (* designates required information)

For Sale Ads:

• Ad Title *

• Picture - choose from your hard drive. (Picture must be less than 100 Kilobytes in size, 640x480 pixels)

• Ad Description * (please be as descriptive as possible, but to avoid SPAM, do not list your email here - see below)

• Price * (or price range)

• Location * (always one of those important details folks leave out)

• Phone

Wanted Ads:

• Ad Title *

• Ad Description * (please be as descriptive as possible, but to avoid SPAM, do not list your email here - see below)

• Price Range*  

• Your Location * (can also indicate how far you'll travel)

• Phone

Please note:

• Interested parties can reply directly to you via e-mail through the classified ad listing.  Messages will be sent to the e-mail you registered with.  Please note that if you choose to list your email in the ad description, your address could 'harvested' and added to SPAM lists.

• When submitting a picture with your ad, there will be a delay as the file is uploaded to the classified server.

• Once submitted, your ad will be reviewed by T-Birds.com for content and then approved.

• Upon approval, your ad will remain posted for 90 days.  Near expiration you will be notified of an opportunity to extend the listing.

• After you submit the ad, you may edit or delete the ad by using your established login.

Scope:

• Please submit ads only pertaining to Thunderbird vehicles - either For Sale or Wanted

• Please do not list parts for sale/wanted.  At this time the Classified sections have not been configured to handle such ads.

Limits:

• Please do not reference external websites in the listing;  to offer additional pictures, invite the viewer to contact you for further information.

• This listing service is provided for private parties as well as commercial entities, but please submit at most 3 ads at a time.  If you wish to post more, please contact T-Birds.com first for approval.

Torts & Advice:

• T-Birds.com is not responsible for the content or claims of the advertised vehicles, and will not be liable for any misrepresentations.  Listings are in whole the responsibility of the individual who posted them. 

• T-Birds.com reserves the right to delete, modify or refuse ads or any content submitted to the classifieds.

• Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware; if buying sight unseen, locate a member of a local T-Bird club willing to evaluate the car for you, or consider using an escrow service.
